What We Built

A fully automated cold email engine on n8n. 500 personalized emails a day across 10 sender accounts. AI assigned each lead one of 5 custom scripts based on industry and role. Every email was personalized by GPT-4o before sending. WhatsApp tracking layer flagged warm vs hot leads in real time. No CRM subscription needed. Total infra cost: $15 a month.

They needed a scalable way to reach thousands of borrowers, handle objections in natural Indian English, and hand off warm leads to human agents without dropping the conversation.

What We Built

A real-time AI voice bot built from scratch on Node.js. It calls borrowers, speaks in natural Hinglish, handles barge-ins, detects when to transfer to a human agent, and fires a full conversation summary to the agent before the handoff. Runs on Groq Llama 3.3 70B for sub-second responses and Sarvam AI for Indian language voice.
